OUR POLICIES & FAQ

PLEASE NOTE:  All new service appointments are reserved with a (non-refundable) $100 reservation deposit.

A 48-HOUR COURTESY NOTICE IS REQUESTED WHEN RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING ANY APPOINTMENT in our clinic.

Our 48-hour booking window includes weekends and holidays for any upcoming appointments.  The 48-hour cancellation period is calculated from the time you cancel the appointment until the time of your originally scheduled appointment, and is automated in our booking software.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, you will receive an automated confirmation of the change for your records.

What happens to your reservation deposit if you cancel or reschedule? As a courtesy for our clients, we apply the reservation deposit to your account as a service credit until you rebook.  If you are unable to use your service credit, you may assign your reservation credit to a friend or family member that books a NEW service with our clinic.  The service credit must be used by you or someone you designate within one year of the credit being applied to your account.

If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within our 48-hour window, your deposit will still be held as a service credit on your account, and may be used for a future appointment for up to one year; however, due to our weekend only availability, at management’s discretion, appointments that are not cancelled with a 48-hour courtesy notice, may be subject to an additional late cancel fee of $100 (per service) if we cannot rebook your scheduled appointment time.  This fee will be added to your final service total and will be collected on the day of your procedure.

To reschedule or cancel any appointment, you will need to call our Office @ (770) 870-1844. All incoming calls are recorded and time-date stamped 24 /7 including holidays & weekends for your scheduling convenience.’

PLEASE DO NOT TEXT APPOINTMENT CHANGE REQUESTS

  • Our system does not process texts made to our business line.
  • Please do not text the Technician on their personal cell if you need to reschedule or cancel any upcoming appointment. Your message could be missed, and your contact attempt will not be documented in our booking system.

NOTE: Same-day Cancels or No-Shows

Our automated system will automatically charge the full amount of your outstanding service fee to the credit card on file to cover the room fees and the technician’s lost time.

If you would like to re-book, at management’s discretion, you may incur an additional reservation fee or you may be required to prepay the service.
